• Executive Officer: Applicants who have completed Bachelor degree in Engineering and Technology/Management Architecture with 55% marks or equivalent from a recognized Institute for HSDM Recruitment 2018.

• Joint Director: Applicants who have completed Bachelor degree in Engineering with 15 years of experience or equivalent from a recognized Institute for HSDM Recruitment 2018.

• Deputy director: Applicants who have completed Joint Director, Technical Education, Department skills and Industrial Training Department, Haryana or equivalent from a recognized Institute for HSDM Recruitment 2018.

Age Limit:

• Applicants Age Limit Should not exceed 50 years

Pay Scale:

• Executive Officer – Rs.118700 – 2,08400/-
• Joint Director – Rs.78,800 – 1,97,200/-
• Deputy director – Rs.78,800 – 1,97,200
• Technical Consultants – Rs.56100 – 1,77,500/-
• Project Manager – Rs.40,000/-
• District Skill Coordinator – Rs.20,000/-
• Manager MIS – Rs.55,000/-
