Qualification:

• Management Trainee(Chemical): Applicants who have completed Four years full-time course of BE / B Tech. / B.Sc Engg. (Engineering Graduate) in Chemical discipline and Candidates in the final year of their engineering studies or equivalent from a recognized Institute for RCF Recruitment 2018.

• Management Trainee(Marketing): Applicants who have completed B.Sc. (Agriculture) plus UGC recognized two years’ full-time MMS/ MBA (Marketing) or two-year full-time regular Post Graduate Degree/ Master Degree with specialization in Marketing or equivalent from a recognized Institute for RCF Recruitment 2018.

Management Trainee(Chemical)

• General Applicants: 25 years
• SC/ST Applicants: 30 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Applicants: 28 years

Management Trainee(Marketing)

• General Applicants: 27 years
• SC/ST Applicants: 32 years
• OBC Applicants: 30 years

Pay Scale: Rs.16400-40500/-

Selection Procedure:

• Interview
