Qualification:

• Patient Care Manager (PCM): Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences with full-time Post Graduate Qualification in Hospital (or Healthcare) Management and Experience: At least one year experience in a hospital after an acquisition of the aforementioned qualifications

• Patient Care Coordinator (PCC): Full-Time Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences (preferred) or Bachelors Degree in any field and Experience: At least one year experience in a hospital after an acquisition of the aforementioned qualification

• Drivers: 10th Pass with heavy license or equivalent to BECIL recruitment 2018

• Ambulance paramedics/ EMT’s: EMT-Basic/ EMT Advanced Certification OR Pre-Hospital Trauma Technician from Institutes approved by Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of India

Age Limit:

• Patient Care Manager (PCM): 40 Years
• Patient Care Coordinator (PCC): 35 Years
• Drivers: 60 Years

Pay Scale:

• Patient Care Manager (PCM): Rs.30,000/-
• Patient Care Coordinator (PCC): Rs.18,332/-
• Drivers: Rs.18,332/-

Selection Procedure:

• Written
• Interview
