Junior Clerk: 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University and 35 w.p.m. speed in English typing or 30 w.p.m speed in Hindi typing. 

Age Limit (as on 28.10.2019): 30 years

MTS: 10th pass or ITI equivalent.
