Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) is inviting application for 05 posts of Manager- HR, Manager- Tourism and Finance Manager. The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for period of One (01) year, which may be renewed subject to the performance of candidates and continuance of the project. MEGHALAYA BASIN MANAGEMENT AGENCY (MBMA) IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 05 MANAGER- HR, MANAGER- TOURISM AND FINANCE MANAGER. LAST DATE — 10/09/2020
1. MANAGER- HR
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) MBA in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate in Human Resource/ Personnel Management or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGD-HRM).
ii) Good written and verbal communication.
iii) Expert in the usage of computer and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc).
Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30000 per month
2. MANAGER- TOURISM
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate or Post Graduate or equivalent in Tourism & Hotel/ Hospitality Management from a recognised Institutions or University with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade.
ii) Good written and verbal communication.
iii) Expert in the usage of computer and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30000 per month
3. FINANCE MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce, Accountancy and Financial Management.
ii) Good written and verbal communication.
iii) Expert in the usage of basic computer like MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc and proficient user of finance or tally softwares.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30000 per month
The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for period of One (01) year, which may be renewed subject to the performance of candidates and continuance of the project.
The selected candidates will be posted at Shillong and Tura.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview. The Written Test/ Personal Interview will be held only in Shillong.
