Bharat Air Fibre services:
BSNL has introduced the Bharat Air Fibre services as a part of Digital India initiates by the Government of India.
The move aims to provide Wireless Connectivity in the range of 20 Kms from the BSNL locations. This will connect the customers in remote places so that it will benefit as BSNL comes with the cheapest services with the support of Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIPs).
These services will give the fastest internet connectivity in a quick time.
The services are different from other operators as BSNL is providing unlimited free voice calling.
As BSNL increases its customer base with the high Technology services, it gives a great opportunity to local residents of Akola and Washim district to join hands with BSNL as Telecom Infrastructure Partners.
The partners will earn a regular monthly income of about Rs.1 lakh per month thereby becoming self-reliable under Atma Nirbhar Bharat initiatives.
BSNL provides Landline/ Broadband & Fibre FTTH connections.
In 2020, BSNL provided 15000 Fiber to the home (FTTH) connections in Maharashtra Circle and 1,62,000 FTTH connections throughout India amid the COVID 19 pandemic.
With the launch of Wireless Bharat Air Fibre, it is expected that more connections will be provided on demand in a very quick time.
